  • Shipping & Delivery

    All orders are shipped via UPS. Orders placed before 2PM EST on Monday - Friday will begin processing that day and will ship within 1 - 3 business days pending product availability and credit verification. Orders placed after 2PM EST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 1 - 3 business days. (If your order is placed on Friday after 2PM EST, it will begin processing on the following Monday.) Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. If an item is out of stock or backordered, you will be notified by email.

    We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you've selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We love UPS. It's fast, reliable, cheap, and trackable within the United States. We will email you a tracking number when your package ships. At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. Please call us at (844) 273-9331 if you would like your order shipped to Canada; we are more than happy to process your order by phone.

  • Orders

    All Orders submitted by Customer are subject to acceptance by ProductAbility™. The preparation of a purchase order by a sales representative of ProductAbility™, the submission by Customer of a purchase order to ProductAbility™, or the acknowledgement by ProductAbility™ of receipt of a purchase order (Order "confirmation") shall not constitute ProductAbility's™ acceptance of that Order. ProductAbility™ may in its sole discretion accept all or any part of an Order or substitute comparable Product for the items that were ordered, in either case by shipping Product. ProductAbility™ may at any time refuse to ship Product for any reason, even if ProductAbility™ has received payment for the applicable product. ProductAbility™ will in its sole discretion determine which of ProductAbility's™ products are made available to Customer for Orders and determine how to allocate Product among Customer and ProductAbility's™ other customers. Accordingly, ProductAbility™ reserves the right to discontinue product lines and to make changes in goods offered at any time. Unless Customer complies with Section 5 regarding returns, Customer will be deemed to have accepted those substitute goods on the terms outlined in ProductAbility's™ invoice. ProductAbility™ may cancel an Order at any time because the Order contains an incorrect price, requests Product that Customer is not authorized to sell, or for any other reason, even if ProductAbility™ has acknowledged or confirmed that Order or has received payment for that Order. In the latter case, ProductAbility™ will, at its election, either refund the payment or credit Customer's account. Customer may not cancel an Order after its acceptance by ProductAbility™. Any Order that conflicts with or that includes provisions (other than item and quantity) in addition to these Terms and Conditions will have no force or effect to the extent it is inconsistent or includes additional terms. ProductAbility™ will be entitled to accept any Order and to rely on any other written or telephonic request or notice given by a person that appears to be an employee or agent of Customer. Each Order will be subject to and governed in all respects by (a) these Terms and Conditions, and (b) if applicable, Customer's credit application. Each Order, together with these Terms and Conditions and, if applicable Customer's credit application, may be referred to collectively as the "Agreement."

  • Returns & Replacements

    We only offer online exchanges or in store credit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange for online or in store credit to use towards a future purchase within 10 days of original delivery. Exchanged items must be unworn and in original condition or exchange will be rejected. We do not offer refunds. Please email (returns@productabilityproducts.com) to let us know you would like to request an exchange.

    If exchanging by UPS please do not ship your item until you receive confirmation from us that we will honor your exchange. You may also process any exchange in our store. There is no refund or reimbursement on shipping/handling charges. Returns must be sent by purchaser via UPS or more expeditious method. Please let us know the reason for your exchange. We are more than happy to help with an exchange if you are not happy with an item(s) or need assistance with fit and selection.     When returning your item please include the following: 1) Unworn item(s) in original condition. 2) A copy of the original invoice Please return to: ProductAbility ATTN: Online Returns & Exchanges – 75 Jones & Gifford Avenue / Jamestown, NY 14701. All sale items are final sale; no returns, exchanges or store/online credit will be given. Once your exchange is received, we will issue an online or in store credit for the original purchase price of the exchanged item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded or included in the exchange discount value

  • Terms of Sale

    Customer will pay for all Product by the date specified on ProductAbility's™ invoice, or if none is specified, within 30 days after the date of that invoice. Any sum not paid when due is subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower. The amount reflected in each ProductAbility™ invoice will be deemed to be valid unless Customer disputes the amount of that invoice in writing within 30 days after the date the invoice is due. Customer will pay the undisputed portion of each invoice on its' respective due date. ProductAbility™ has the right to apply payments it receives from Customer to any of Customer's invoices and to disregard Customer's instructions to apply payment to any specific invoice. In the event Customer is indebted to ProductAbility™ or to any ProductAbility™ affiliate, that debt may be offset against credits otherwise owing to Customer to reduce or eliminate the credit.
